UK Warranty Returns with Royal Mail

You have 60 days* from the date on which the goods were received to return any unused items for a refund.

If your product is faulty, please contact us first as we may not need you to return the item.

How does this work?

1. Please make sure you include a note with your name and order number.
2. Please click here and follow the steps to start your return.
3. Then simply print your label with our label printing service or at print with your printer at home.
4. Once completed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item and a tracking link.
5. Drop your item at your local Customer Service Point or Post Office® branch. Your item will be fully tracked on its way back to us.

This service is fully tracked so please keep the Royal Mail receipt.
